Pakton Property Services Limited has evolved over the last 10 years to meet the ever changing demand of our client base. Established in 1986, Pakton Property Services was initially geared to provide general building services to the general public and local authorities. Today, our business is more comprehensively targeted towards the blue-chip client and their need for both reactive and planned maintenance services. We have built upon these hard earned relationships to expand our business even further, providing consultancy and advisory services to our clients alongside our complete project management solutions. Basically, we are in business to provide simple, effective solutions to our clients whatever the level of difficulty.

As a proud member of the Guild of Master Craftsman, we are recognised as being exceptional at what we do. It has always been our aim to be recognised as the market leader in our sector of expertise and we believe that we have achieved this in our operating area. The majority of our projects are located within the Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and West Sussex region but we have never restricted ourselves by boundaries. We will always attempt to assist our clients regardless of location.

We are not just a property maintenance company; we also provide site services to both major and independent house builders. Our services to these organisations include corrective visits following phase building and providing after sales management schemes, providing 12 month no quibble maintenance contracts to new build property purchasers. Not only do we conduct the necessary corrective modifications that the customer requires but we also ensure that the associated administration is correctly conducted. We ensure that the customers’ expectations are exceeded through our prompt and decisive attention and that the client is fully aware of the defects that their properties are subject to in order to minimise similar issues in the future.
